Rocky Pointe Marina - Floating Homes

Rocky Pointe Marina currently has 40 floating homes situated with the river view in the marina. Permits have been applied for to add another 36 floating homes perhaps as soon as late 2009. Some of the spaces will be within the existing marina and the others will be on a brand new section of dock heading south from our office along our vacant property. All homes will be located with incredible views of the water, mountains and Sauvie Island. The new section will be mostly new or newer homes. All floating homes entering Rocky Pointe must meet Title 28 building code.
